Enjoy this short conversation with Kaye Taylor and Kim Hare about the insignificance of bad feelings.
“If ever I’m having a bad feeling, all it’s telling me is that my thinking is off. It’s not informing me of the situation, even though it looks like I’m informed by the circumstance or behaviour. A bad feeling is only telling me that my thinking is off, it’s not indicative of things to come, it doesn’t inform me about the future at all.
It’s never a good idea to follow the bad feeling. I never have to act from that space because wisdom, intuition or knowing doesn’t come with a bad feeling. It comes with clarity, sometimes it doesn’t come with a feeling at all, it’s without charge.” – Kaye Taylor
