“Soul is the consciousness before there is thought and after there is thought, it’s the knowledge of how life works from the inside out. Inside meaning the spiritual truth.” – Rita Shuford
Enjoy this conversation with Dr. Rita Shuford around the understanding of the Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought, the wisdom of the soul.
“Psychology was lost, it was looking at the already created, our past, our conditions, the things going on in our life, the behavior, instead of what was creating. And that’s what these Principles are pointing to. That we are moving via this creative process that we come into life using, and we are that. We misunderstand that there is something outside our own mind and thought that can determine how we feel, react and behave. However this is a very innocent misunderstanding that humans pick up, it’s normal.
The knowledge of our soul is that it doesn’t work that way, there is not an outside in source determining our experience moment to moment. The only way to wake up is through insight, a piece of that intelligence, wisdom waking up, that helps clear up what’s going on in our habits of thought, mind that’s not true.”
