At this Edinburgh Community Night, Steph, Kaye and our guest speaker, Jacqueline Hollows, are taking a fresh look at fresh thought.
It’s part of our human condition to get caught up in the noise of our personal minds and to experience feelings of guilt, judgement, resentment, anger, worry, stress etc. Just as much as it’s part of our condition to experience joy, clarity, laughter and love.
Once we see for ourselves how the system behind life works and what’s at the source of our thoughts and feelings we see that underneath it all we’re OK, we then spend less time being caught up in our ‘noise’ and have less judgement on ourselves when we do, therefore freeing up our mind for fresh thought.
Our guest speaker Jacqueline Hollows, a professionally trained Three Principles Practitioner and Founder of Beyond Recovery, a social enterprise which is having a huge ripple effect in the field of addiction, criminal behaviour and rehabilitation, devotes her time to sharing the Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness & Thought with a natural simplicity and flow. She is committed to removing the stigma associated with addiction and criminal behaviour, seeing beyond the actions to the wellbeing within us all.
