“When you understand that things out there can’t cause feelings, it really does free you up quite a lot. Making a mistake in a Rugby game used to really scare me. Now it’s cool. When it comes to winning, playing Rugby and competing, that’s still there, losing and winning is still important to me but when someone can see that they’re okay regardless whether they win or loose, that’s massive.” – Adam

This webinar is for anyone interested in performance; whether you’re an athlete, in business, the arts, a public speaker, a parent or an advocate for mental health – what is being shared by Adam is true for everyone engaged in the game of life.
“Positive, negative, light, dark…it’s not just going to be happy and content all the time. That’s really important to understand. When people don’t understand that, they look for the cure and cause of why they aren’t feeling good in places where the answers aren’t there. That alone is pretty much the reason and cause for about every single problem that’s out there. When we can understand that, there’s only one source for thought and feeling, if you can see the connection, it won’t make sense for you to look out there. It’s so helpful, the amount of time I spend “being now” instead of being somewhere else, illusory somewhere else, it’s just freed up so much energy and so much love for life and people.” – Adam
