Barb, Steph and Kaye will share an understanding which provides an explanation of our experience of life. It’s not a practice, a technique, a process – it’s quite simply a description of how our moment to moment experience is formed. Continue Reading…

“When you understand that things out there can’t cause feelings, it really does free you up quite a lot. Making a mistake in a Rugby game used to really scare me. Now it’s cool. When it comes to winning, playing Rugby and competing, that’s still there, losing and winning is still important to me but when someone can see that they’re okay regardless whether they win or loose, that’s massive.” – Adam
Adam Ashe, is Professional rugby player for Glasgow Warriors and is 23 years old. He has played 6 international caps for Scotland. Adam also coaches and shares the inside out understanding of the mind in his spare time.
This webinar is for anyone interested in performance; whether you’re an athlete, in business, the arts, a public speaker, a parent or an advocate for mental health – what is being shared by Adam is true for everyone engaged in the game of life. Continue Reading…
“Everything is spiritual, whether it’s the formless state before we have this physical state we live in or after. The inside-out world we are living in, we each are going to experience what’s on our own mind and thought moment to moment to moment. That’s the consciousness of our soul, we know it, we’re born into it, we can’t lose it. We only temporarily get lost, not seeing and then seeing.” – Dr. Rita Shuford
Come listen to Dr. Rita Shuford speak about an understanding which answers the biggest why? question of all – why do we feel and act the way we do?
Have you ever noticed how sometimes life can be full of activities and ‘doings’ and yet there is a sense of calm inside? And other times you can be sitting doing nothing yet full of overwhelm imagining all sorts of scary futures? This points to a simple truth that our personal experience and life ‘happenings’ are not connected.
It can sometimes appear as though there is a correlation between how we feel and what’s occurring around us but this is the illusion that leads us to believe that our well-being is dependent upon certain circumstances being met. It’s not. Continue Reading…
Have you ever wondered where new ideas come from? Or what blocks new ideas coming to mind? What’s at play when things come to us out of the blue?
Through coming to a simple, yet profound understanding of how the human mind works we will share what we’ve seen to be true around how we all have access to fresh thought in every moment.
Solutions to perceived problems and fresh ideas that help and are useful to us and others are literally only ever one thought away. It’s just that sometimes there’s so much noise in our heads we can’t hear fresh thought. Continue Reading…
How can we live life engaged in the now and not getting caught up in dramas and overwhelmed by our stories?
At this Edinburgh Community Night, Steph, Kaye and our guest speaker, Nikki Welch, are sharing how a simple understanding of how our Mind works can result in spontaneously waking up to an easier, richer and way more fun experience of life.
I remember years ago someone sharing with me that it wasn’t necessary to hold on to anything and that we can shake off experiences like water off a duck’s back. I thought how wonderful and freeing this would be. I also remember reading about a successful international speaker with a packed schedule full of speaking engagements, flights and meetings. He explained that he didn’t get tired because he never thought about the future and was present in each moment. Again, I remember having a feeling of knowing that that could be possible, but not sure how to actually do that. It came naturally to this man I wondered why it didn’t come naturally to me. “Soul is the consciousness before there is thought and after there is thought, it’s the knowledge of how life works from the inside out. Inside meaning the spiritual truth.” – Rita Shuford
Enjoy this conversation with Dr. Rita Shuford around the understanding of the Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought, the wisdom of the soul.
“Psychology was lost, it was looking at the already created, our past, our conditions, the things going on in our life, the behavior, instead of what was creating. And that’s what these Principles are pointing to. That we are moving via this creative process that we come into life using, and we are that. We misunderstand that there is something outside our own mind and thought that can determine how we feel, react and behave. However this is a very innocent misunderstanding that humans pick up, it’s normal.
The knowledge of our soul is that it doesn’t work that way, there is not an outside in source determining our experience moment to moment. The only way to wake up is through insight, a piece of that intelligence, wisdom waking up, that helps clear up what’s going on in our habits of thought, mind that’s not true.” Continue Reading…
Often with the event of a ‘new year’ thoughts can turn to starting afresh and considering the changes we’d like to see in our lives – both in ourselves and our circumstances.
Have you ever wondered why we want to make these changes?

“If I’m feeling angry, frustrated, pissed of, I now know that my thinking is off. I don’t need to look into the source of this bad feeling, stress when I’m going to get over this, share my truth with people or have conversations on how to avoid this from happening again. All the stuff I thought I had to do to get out of the bad feeling were a waste of time and energy. It’s just my feedback system telling me my thinking is off, that’s it. Knowing this, dissipates the bad feeling.” – Steph Wilson
Hear more about the ‘made up’ nature of expectations and hear how when you have an understanding of where your experience is coming from, you’re free to live a lighter more enjoyable life and realise your human being’s potential. Continue Reading…
