“Governments do want to support, however they come from a space of “people having to do certain things”, instead of allowing people to be guided by their own wisdom and intuition. Once people know they’re okay and they feel that peace inside them they can decide for themselves whether certain services are right for them, allowing them to embark on something for themselves with their whole heart.” – Steph Wilson
Steph continues her reflections on why the Modello Community Project was so successful and seeing how whilst governments are spending a lot of money and time on programmes and initiatives, the reason the success rate is so low is that people currently don’t have an understanding of where their experience comes from. Until there is a raised level of consciousness around that, anything that comes into one’s life is limited because you’re seeing it only from the level of consciousness you’re coming from.
Steph shares that whilst she doesn’t have any political background, she’s just following her heart and knows from her own experience how much impact this understanding can have on other people’s lives. She shares that this understanding could be something for Scotland as a nation but it’s not limited to that, for Steph it’s about having conversations human to human, regardless whether that person is the First Minister or anyone else.
