When we realise on a deep level that just because we think something it doesn’t make it true, we can stop paying attention to our thoughts. When we trust in the safety net that we’re being held by life, by that energy that’s behind our existence, we understand that we’re being lived and don’t need to direct our ship all the time and fight off the storms. There’s a deeper wisdom in the background that’s moving our life forward, moving the existence of our life forward.
