How do the Three Principles understanding impact daily life?
In this episode, Colette Grant, Kaye Taylor and Steph Wilson share how their understanding of the system behind life has impacted them personally, in their business and with their children at home.
Colette shares that the biggest learning for her was that everybody has their own wisdom. She no longer needs to tell her son what to do, instead she now asks him to show her who he is. Their relationship has deepened because their is more understanding.
“Every single part of my life has changed, I have more peace, I try more things and I feel I’ve got more courage because I have less on it, I just give things a go. There’s more joy where there was struggle before.” Colette Grant
Colette can see the benefits of people having the Three Principles understanding in business, people become more productive, creative and efficient.
Kaye talks about how she used to be really concerned about people’s feelings and energy in the business in the past, feeling the need to change circumstances to create better feelings for people. Now she can see that it’s not the circumstance that’s creating the bad feeling, it’s the insecure thinking about the circumstance.
Steph shares how when we’re home, tasks are getting done more quicker and more efficiently, when we’re living in flow and not thinking, allowing insecure thinking to come and go.
Colette talks about making plans but also knowing that minds change all the time and that that’s normal and fine. In terms of teamwork that means that people who have this understanding are more receptive and nimble to change plans if they feel inspired to. She talks about allowing team members to tap into their own wisdom and coming up with their own ideas and plans to implement rather than looking up to her to suggest ideas. She feels there’s now more opportunity to share in her business, more listening and more understanding.
Steph realises that when co creating as a team, it’s about each person’s wisdom trusting the other’s person’s wisdom, looking at each other’s soul showing up.
Kaye talks about trusting your own wisdom instead of looking outside to other people for validation.
“I can not tell you the peace it brings and the certainty it brings to know that nobody outside of me knows anything more than I do, it’s life changing” – Kaye Taylor
