What happens when we stop trying to figure ‘it’ out? Whether ‘it’ be a person, a circumstance or a problem…
The mind works only one way – inside out. There is no outside in. In other words it’s impossible for other people and circumstances to make us feel a certain way no matter how much it appears that way.
The illusion is that there is something other than thought making us feel something. Only thought creates feeling. When we hold certain thoughts to be true about ourselves; fixed ideas about who we are, how things should be and what should happen in the so called future – not only do we limit our human potential, we loose touch with the natural flow of life and the richness of each moment.
Often we ‘try’ to figure stuff out by going to the very place that is causing the unpleasant feelings – our personal thinking.
So what happens when we stop using personal thinking to figure stuff (thought that we’re holding as true) out?
