“If I’m called to do something and I don’t listen, it just keeps coming back at me and sometimes it screams at me and sometimes I feel a discomfort because I’m not attending to it, I’m not doing what I’m meant to do and I find myself doing things that sabotage me rather than just get on with it. It quietens the wisdom ” – Jacquie Forde
In this episode of Coming Home, Jacquie shares that she experiences a level of discomfort when she feels called to do something and doesn’t listen. It quietens her wisdom when she’s not following that gentle knowing voice. She feels that we all having a knowing inside of us around what we’re meant to do and who we’re meant to be in each moment. It’s when we surrender our personal desires, we find ourselves doing things that we might normally not choose to but are guided to do so by our inner wisdom.
“When we talk about purpose, it can be tempting to think that we need to find our purpose, we need to look for our purpose, particularly if we’re feeling unfulfilled. When we let go of thinking that we’ve got to have a purpose, when we stop thinking that we’ve got to do something that’s of value and is going to change the world and just drop home, we find ourself acting from that place of wisdom.” – Kaye Taylor
